He said that we need to utilize the growing dynamic intellectual and academic power in Balochistan public sector universities to achieve goal, we need to seek guidance from their knowledge and experience while formulating new projects and policies, which would yield many positive results.

Jaffar Khan Mandokhel said that there are high-level scientists and economists in our universities, by combining their diverse perspectives, we could create many such new projects.

He said that PhD scholars and researchers in our universities have emerged as pioneers in all walks of life, these scholars are advancing scientific research, such experienced individuals could provide us with help and guidance to avoid further wastage of our valuable time, energy and resources.

Governor Mandokhel said that our strength lies in unity, unity of intellect and action, if we heed the wisdom of the scholars and researchers present in our universities, we could ensure the realization of the dream of a developed and educated Balochistan.
