ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2026) A civil court has adjourned the hearing of a case against the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) pertaining to threats to a woman judge, as no response was received to a letter sent to the Islamabad High Court for conducting jail trial.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Civil Judge Mian Azhar Nadeem heard the case. During the proceedings, no action could be taken due to the non-receipt of a response to the letter written to the IHC, and the court adjourned further hearing until July 11.
A case has been registered against the PTI founder at Margalla Police Station.
