Court awarded life jail to murderer

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Apr, 2026) An Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Ali Arif on Wednesday sentenced Muhammad Hayyat to life imprisonment for the murder of Javed over a domestic dispute.

The court awarded the sentence under Sections 302 and 109 of the Pakistan Penal Code,based on solid police reports presented during the trial.

A fine of Rs.10 lac was also imposed on the convict.
