A special court in Islamabad on Wednesday extended the interim bail of TikToker Dr. Fazeela Abbasi in a money laundering and illegal clinic case, as the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted the charge sheet in the matter

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Apr, 2026) A special court in Islamabad on Wednesday extended the interim bail of TikToker Dr. Fazeela Abbasi in a money laundering and illegal clinic case, as the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted the charge sheet in the matter.

Judge Humayun Dilawar heard the case. During the proceedings, the prosecutor informed the court that a written reply had been received from Dr. Fazeela Abbasi but she had not personally appeared. At this, Fazeela Abbasi addressed the court: "Your Honour, I have appeared multiple times."

Her counsel, Advocate Naeem Bukhari, immediately instructed her to remain silent, saying: "I am your lawyer here. Do not speak to His Lordship like this."

The counsel further argued before the court that the trial court had previously rejected their bail on the grounds that the accused was misusing bail.

Judge Humayun Dilawar then inquired: "Did the High Court also say that favour is being extended?" He noted that interim bail has been continuing for three months. "The High Court has directed that a decision on bail must be made, and the accused must join the investigation," the judge observed.

The court directed Dr. Fazeela Abbasi to join the investigation and extended her interim bail.

During the hearing, a petition was also filed on behalf of Dr. Fazeela Abbasi seeking the reopening of a joint account held with Hamza Ali Abbasi. The FIA had sealed the joint account of Dr. Fazeela Abbasi and Hamza Ali Abbasi.

The FIA submitted the charge sheet in the money laundering case during the proceedings. The court adjourned further hearing of the case until April 20. The FIA has registered two cases against Dr. Fazeela Abbasi.
