Court issues lifetime non-bailable warrants for Malik Riaz, others

Accountability Court No. III has issued perpetual (lifetime) non-bailable warrants of arrest for property tycoon Malik Riaz Hussain and several co-accused in reference No. 01/2025 (State vs Malik Riaz Hussain & others)

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Apr, 2026) Accountability Court No. III has issued perpetual (lifetime) non-bailable warrants of arrest for property tycoon Malik Riaz Hussain and several co-accused in reference No. 01/2025 (State vs Malik Riaz Hussain & others).

According to a news release issued by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi on Thursday, the court had earlier declared all the accused as proclaimed offenders through an order dated April 23, 2026.

Along with Malik Riaz, the court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the following accused: Muhammad Awais, Zain Malik, Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, Waseem Riffat, Ahmed Bux Narejo, Ahmed Ali Riaz, Faisal Sarwar Qureshi, Saqib Ahmed Soomro, and Waqas Riffat.

The case proceedings are underway.
