LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) Child Protection and Welfare Bureau (CPWB) Chairperson Sarah Ahmad has paid rich tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces on the completion of one year of the “Marka-e-Haq” victory, lauding their professionalism, courage and sacrifices in safeguarding national security.

In her statement on Tuesday, she commended the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, saying that under his visionary and decisive command, the armed forces achieved historic successes and effectively countered hostile designs against the country.

She said the Pakistan Army’s professionalism and bravery remain a source of national pride, adding that the entire nation salutes the unmatched sacrifices of martyrs who laid down their lives for the motherland.

Chairperson Sarah Ahmad added that the role of the armed forces in foiling enemy intentions has been exemplary, ensuring peace, stability, and the defence of Pakistan at all levels. She described the success of “Marka-e-Haq” as a reflection of national unity, resolve, and collective strength, saying that the nation stands firmly behind its armed forces in every challenging moment.
