CTO confers senior rank on 34 traffic assistants

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Apr, 2026) Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore, Dr Muhammad Athar Waheed, on Tuesday conferred the rank of Senior Traffic Assistant on 34 officials during a ceremony held at his office.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) President Zone, Maqsood Ahmed Loon, and SP Traffic Headquarters, Mansoor-ul-Hassan, were also present on the occasion.

Among those promoted were Muhammad Faisal, Aqila Munir, Amir Razzaq, Abu Bakar, Fahad Javed, Saba Khadim, Rashid Ali, Samina Bibi, Hafsa Rafiq, and Masfa Kanwal, who were elevated to the rank of Senior Traffic Assistant.

Addressing the ceremony, the CTO urged the promoted officials to carry out their responsibilities with dedication and continue serving the public with commitment. He emphasized that timely promotions on merit are a fundamental right of every official.
