CTO hails traffic wardens for ensuring smooth flow on Easter

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2026) Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Rawalpindi, Farhan Aslam has announced commendation certificates for officers and personnel in recognition of their outstanding performance during Easter duty.

According to CTP spokesperson, traffic Police ensured effective traffic management at churches, parks and major roads during the religious occasion.

The CTO appreciated the efforts of duty officers, including headquarters staff, as well as field officers and personnel, for their dedication and professionalism.

Senior Traffic Officer (STO) Munir Ahmed Hashmi and other in-charges remained present in the field, continuously monitoring and checking duty arrangements.

Speaking on the occasion, Farhan Aslam said that traffic police personnel played a commendable role in facilitating the Christian community and general public by ensuring smooth traffic flow and a secure environment.

He added that such occasions highlight the commitment of police personnel, who perform their duties with greater responsibility, honesty and dedication, enhancing the image and credibility of the department.
