Dacoit killed during encounter with Police

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Apr, 2026) An alleged bandit on Tuesday was killed in a police encounter in the Mehrabpur area , the police said .

According to police, the deceased was identified as Manwar alias Manu Mashori.

They said the suspect was wanted in multiple serious crimes, with more than a dozen cases registered against him, including murder, terrorism and previous police encounters.

The police said a search operation was conducted in the area following the encounter, while efforts were underway to apprehend other suspects managed to escape.
