ATTOCK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Rao Atif Razaon Tuesday conducted a detailed visit to the Attock Cattle Market to review arrangements and public facilities ahead of Eid-ul-Adha, reaffirming the district administration’s commitment to ensuring maximum convenience for citizens during the festival.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner inspected cleanliness, security, parking, water supply, lighting, and facilities established for traders and buyers at the cattle market. Arif Qureshi and Anil Saeed also accompanied him during the inspection. Officials briefed the administration regarding the ongoing arrangements and operational measures in place for Eid-related activities.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned departments to further improve sanitation and civic facilities to ensure that visitors to the market do not face any inconvenience.

Rao Atif Raza said the district administration was utilizing all available resources to provide a healthy and convenient environment for the public in line with the vision of the Government of Punjab and the Chief Minister of Punjab. He warned that negligence or laxity in carrying out assigned duties would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
