DC Chiniot directs swift completion of model village development projects in Bhowana

CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan, along with Assistant Commissioner Bhowana Sheena Azam and officials of the Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company, on Tuesday visited Model Villages Chak No. 190 Arabiwala and Chak No. 195 JB Bhalwala in Tehsil Bhowana to review ongoing development work.

During the visit, she inspected clean water supply plants, sewage disposal systems, and related infrastructure projects in both villages. The Deputy Commissioner also reviewed the progress of street development, including the installation of tuff tiles in local lanes and streets.

Ayesha Rizwan directed the concerned officials to expedite the completion of all ongoing works and ensure that both clean water and sanitation projects are made fully functional at the earliest. She further instructed that proper leveling of streets must be ensured before laying tuff tiles to guarantee quality construction.

Warning against negligence, the Deputy Commissioner made it clear that she would revisit the sites next week to personally assess the progress, emphasizing that no compromise on quality or delay in work will be tolerated.
