DC Chiniot reviews facilities at THQ Hospital Bhowana, orders immediate improvements

CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan, accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Bhowana Sheena Azam, visited THQ Hospital Bhowana on Tuesday to inspect ongoing arrangements and address administrative and infrastructural issues.

During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed multiple facilities at the hospital and issued directives to Medical Superintendent Dr. Mursalin for further improvement of the newly constructed fountain, drainage system, lighting arrangements, and the installation of a protective canopy for the generator. She also instructed improvements to the rear side of the hospital building.

The Deputy Commissioner additionally examined medical and administrative matters, stressing the need to ensure that all hospital staff, including doctors, wear proper uniforms while on duty. She emphasized that all available medicines must be provided to patients directly from the hospital without inconvenience.

Reaffirming the importance of public healthcare services, she directed the administration to ensure better cleanliness, efficiency, and patient care standards across all departments of the hospital.
