DC inspects district secretariat, tehsil office, service delivery center

HUNGU, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Hangu, Gohar Zaman Wazir on Friday conducted a detailed inspection of District Secretariat, Tehsil Office and Service Delivery Center to review public service facilities and their quality.

During the visit, he inspected facilities at the Service Delivery Center including the reception desk, dedicated counters for senior citizens and women, availability of clean drinking water, uninterrupted electricity through power backup systems, CCTV cameras for security, fire safety measures and first aid.

He also visited the Tehsil Office where he reviewed the overall condition of the building, cleanliness arrangements, security systems, availability of fire extinguishers, seating arrangements for citizens and the electrical system including lights and fans.

He said that providing timely services to the public is the top priority of the district administration. He directed that facilities in all government offices should be further improved and that public issues must be resolved promptly.

He said that monitoring would be continued under District Service Delivery Roadmap Program to ensure transparency, improvement and enhance public trust in the service delivery system.
