DC Larkana imposed 144 on illegal-unregistered Changchee Rakshaws

LARKANA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Mar, 2026) The Deputy Commissioner of Larkana, Tariq Manzoor Chandio, has recommended the imposition of Section 144 against illegal and unregistered Changchee rickshaws that are causing traffic congestion and road accidents in Larkana city.

In a letter sent by the DC Office to the Commissioner of Larkana Division, it has been stated that the Assistant Commissioner of Larkana informed through a letter that illegal and unregistered Qingqi/rickshaws and goods transport vehicles are operating within the city.

Therefore, it has been recommended to enforce Section 144 to restrict the entry of unregistered Qingqi/rickshaws and goods transport vehicles within the limits of Larkana Municipal Corporation, so that the general public can be relieved from inconvenience.
