DC Larkana underscores role of armed forces, youth in Markah e Haq

LARKANA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Larkana, Tariq Manzoor Chandio on Tuesday said that during the “Battle of Truth” (Mearka-e-Haq), Pakistan’s Air Force and Armed Forces responded strongly to an alleged unprovoked attack by India. He stated that in Operation Bunyan al Marsus, the forces showed courage, professionalism, and effective use of technology, which gained international attention.

He said Pakistan is a peace-loving country that supports the Kashmiri people through peaceful means and continues to raise the Kashmir issue at the United Nations. He added that Pakistan will defend itself against any aggression.

Chandio highlighted the importance of unity, modern warfare technology, and education, especially for youth, calling them the country’s strength. He also mentioned that events and awareness campaigns are being held in Larkana to mark the occasion, with government support.
