DC lauds development initiatives of UNDP, assures for cooperation

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner (DC), Quetta Mehrullah Badeni on Wednesday appreciated the development initiatives of UNDP and assured full cooperation from the district administration.

He said this while talking to a delegation representing UNDP (FRB) project called on him here.The meeting was attended by Hisashi Azumi (Program Manager), Miss Amna Akhtar (Program Specialist), Sohail Khan (LSA, UNDP Sub-Office Quetta), Sajjad Khattak (Engineer Analyst) and Syed Ammar Haider Agha (Field Implementation Officer).

The delegation gave a detailed briefing to the Deputy Commissioner Quetta on the ongoing development projects in Quetta and informed them of the progress made so far.

On this occasion, issues of mutual interest were also discussed between them. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Quetta Mehrullah Badeni appreciated the development initiatives of UNDP and assured full cooperation from the district administration.

During the meeting, it was agreed to make joint work more effective and coordinated in the future.
