QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jun, 2026) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Quetta, Mehrullah Badini on Monday directed the concerned officers to ensure effective measures to complete all development projects within the stipulated time and according to high standards.

He said this while presiding over a meeting regarding various ongoing development projects in Quetta.

In the meeting, officers of the concerned departments gave a detailed briefing on the ongoing projects.

During the briefing, the progress of the projects, complications being faced, successes and obstacles were discussed in detail and various suggestions were considered for the timely resolution of the problems.

The meeting was attended by Additional DC General Quetta Muhammad Anwar Kakar, Assistant Commissioner City Ameer Hamza, Assistant Commissioner Sariab Mansoor Ahmed, officers of the C&W Department, Balochistan University and other concerned authorities.

On this occasion, a detailed briefing was also given on the establishment of a modern IT section in Balochistan University and related projects.

Deputy Commissioner Mehrullah Badini directed the concerned officers to ensure effective measures to complete all development projects within the stipulated time and according to high standards for facilitating people in the city.

He said that no compromise would be made on quality of ongoing projects.
