DC reviews KPIs, orders continuation of price control measures

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Mar, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Sargodha Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry on Thursday presided over a meeting to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall district administration matters in detail.

According to the official spokesperson here, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Assistant Commissioners, Chief Officer District Council, Deputy Director Local Government, District Sports Officer, and other concerned officials were present.

During the session, the Deputy Commissioner appreciated the performance of officers for maintaining effective price control during Ramadan, stating that the directives of the Chief Minister Punjab and Chief Secretary were implemented efficiently.

He instructed all departments to maintain the same momentum even after Ramadan and ensure the achievement of KPIs through focused efforts.

He ordered for continuing the price control campaign without interruption and directed authorities to enhance city beautification initiatives, ensure the elimination of stray dogs, and conduct regular inspections of petrol pumps.

During the meeting, the DC also ordered for strict measures to meet revenue targets and expedite ongoing development projects across the district.

Highlighting upcoming priorities, he said that the wheat procurement campaign is about to begin and direct all relevant departments to complete necessary arrangements on a priority basis.

He also instructed that price control magistrates remain active and vigilant.

Hussain Ahmed Raza further appreciated the District Sports Officer for organizing special sports tournaments during Ramadan, calling them a positive activity that promotes healthy engagement.

He concluded by directing all departments to improve coordination and ensure better delivery of public services across the district.
