DC reviews sewerage project

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jun, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry on Tuesday visited various sites of the Rs14 billion sewerage project being executed by WASA under a special grant of the Punjab Chief Minister and directed officials to ensure completion of all works within the stipulated timeline.

According to the spokesperson for the DC office here, the DC inspected the progress, quality, and pace of ongoing development activities.

He instructed the concerned departments to strictly adhere to standard operating procedures at every stage of the project and ensure that construction work is completed according to schedule.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue and Managing Director WASA Ahmed Haroon, Additional Deputy Commissioner General and CEO Suthra Punjab Agency Rana Muhammad Abu Bakar, along with officers of relevant departments, accompanied the deputy commissioner.
