DCW holds condolence meeting

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Jun, 2026) The members of Disable Community Welfare (DCW) Sargodha on Monday expressed deep sense of grief and sorrow over the sudden demise of the organization's founder President, Irum Khan.

In a condolence meeting held here, the participants paid rich tributes to her lifelong social services, particularly her tireless efforts for the rehabilitation and welfare of persons with disabilities and marginalized segments of society in the region.

The members remarked that the valuable contributions made by the late Irum Khan for the rights of the disabled community would be remembered forever, adding that her death has created a vacuum that cannot be easily filled.

They further stated that her mission would continue to serve as a beacon of light for the welfare organization.

The DCW officials and members extended their heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the family members to bear this irreparable loss with patience.
