DG FIA awards CC-1 certificate to Skardu officer for bravery, swift response

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd May, 2026) Director General Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Dr Usman Anwar has awarded a CC-1 certificate to an officer of FIA Composite Circle Skardu for demonstrating bravery, professionalism and timely response during an incident that occurred on March 1, 2026.

An official told APP on Sunday that the officer, Imtiaz Hussain, acted promptly and effectively to prevent potential damage to government property and brought the situation under control.

DG FIA appreciated the officer’s professional competence, courage and sense of duty, terming his performance exemplary.

Usman Anwar noted that such actions strengthen the institution’s credibility and enhance public confidence in the rule of law.
