SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Apr, 2026) The district administration on Tuesday announced the implementation of a digital system
for the registration and processing of revenue court cases, making it mandatory for all new
cases to be filed online from April 15, 2026.
According to a spokesperson for the DC'S office here, the initiative, introduced by the Punjab government,
aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and uniformity in the handling of revenue cases.
Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry has directed all assistant commissioners, tehsildars, and relevant revenue officials to ensure the use of the Revenue Courts Management System (RCMS) across the district.
According to the directives, all new revenue court cases must be registered through RCMS from the
effective date. Any case not entered into the system will not be considered admissible for
hearing. Furthermore, appellate courts will not entertain cases where decisions from lower courts
have not been issued through the RCMS platform.
The deputy commissioner emphasized strict compliance with the new system and instructed
officials to immediately communicate these directives to all revenue courts under their jurisdiction.
