DOC reviews issues of overseas Pakistanis in Sargodha

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Apr, 2026) A meeting of the District Overseas Committee (DOC) was held under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Ahmed Haroon, following the directives of Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmed Raza Chaudhry, to address issues faced by overseas Pakistanis.

According to the official spokesperson here, the meeting reviewed in detail various matters concerning complaints and challenges faced by overseas Pakistanis, with a focus on ensuring their prompt resolution.

Officials from relevant departments participated and briefed the forum on progress made in pending cases.

Chairing the session, Ahmed Haroon directed all concerned departments to ensure that no delay is tolerated in resolving complaints of overseas Pakistanis.

He emphasized that all cases must be handled on a priority basis.

He further stated that the Government of Punjab is taking serious steps to facilitate overseas Pakistanis and provide them with maximum possible support.

Participants reaffirmed their commitment to adopting a coordinated and effective strategy to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely relief for overseas Pakistanis.
