DPO Bannu meets families of police martyrs, assures support

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Apr, 2026) District Police Officer (DPO) Bannu, Yasir Afridi, met with the families of police martyrs, assuring them support in resoluton of their problems.

On this occasion, he spoke with the families of the martyrs in a very compassionate and kind manner, listened attentively to their issues, and assured them of every possible support, says a press release.

The DPO reaffirmed his commitment that the sacrifices of police martyrs are a valuable asset to the nation, and the welfare of their families is the top priority of the police.

Later, he also met with other applicants who visited his office, carefully listened to their complaints, and issued instructions to the concerned officers to take timely and effective action.

He said that all available resources will be utilized to resolve public issues and ensure the provision of justice, so that public trust in the police can be further strengthened.
