DPO Chiniot reviews welfare issues of police personnel during Ardal Room

CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jun, 2026) District Police Officer (DPO) Chiniot Dr. Naveed Atif held an Ardal Room session on Monday to review the welfare of police personnel and address their professional and personal concerns in line with the directives of Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Karim.

During the meeting, the DPO met police officials individually, inquired about their well-being and discussed matters relating to their health, family welfare and the education of their children. He also listened to their grievances and issued on-the-spot directions for the prompt resolution of genuine issues.

Dr. Naveed Atif urged police personnel to discharge their responsibilities with dedication, honesty and professionalism, emphasizing that effective policing depends on the commitment and morale of the force.

Speaking on the occasion, the DPO said the Punjab Police leadership is taking practical measures to ensure the welfare of police personnel and their families. He reaffirmed that every possible step would be taken to improve their well-being so they can perform their duties efficiently and serve the public effectively.
