DPO suspends three traffic officials

KHANEWAL, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Apr, 2026) District Police Officer Muhammad Abid has taken strict action against misuse of authority, suspending three traffic officials.

Those suspended include Traffic Head Constable Muhammad Ikram, Assistant Traffic Officer Sajid, and Assistant Traffic Officer Muhammad Yousaf.

Orders have been issued to initiate a regular inquiry against the officials.

The DPO stated that misbehavior, abuse of power, and rude conduct with citizens will not be tolerated. He directed police personnel to maintain professionalism in their duties and warned that no misconduct or mismanagement would be allowed.
