Dr Tariq expresses grief over soldiers' martyrdom in Muzaffarabad helicopter crash

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Jun, 2026) Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Wednesday expressed profound grief over the martyrdom of Pakistan Army personnel in a helicopter crash in Muzaffarabad.

In a post on X, he said the tragic accident had saddened the entire nation. He paid tribute to the martyred soldiers, saying their sacrifices for the defence of the country would always be remembered.

“The unparalleled sacrifices, professional services and unwavering dedication of Pakistan Army soldiers for the defence of the motherland will forever remain alive in the hearts of the nation,” he said.

Dr Tariq also expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and said the whole nation stood with the armed forces in this difficult time.

He prayed for the departed souls, seeking higher ranks for them in the hereafter and strength and patience for their families to cope with the loss.
