Drug peddlers threat to our youth, damaging soft image of country: Rana Imran Latif

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th May, 2026) Chairman Piyass International Rana Imran Latif has declared that drug peddlers like Anmol (Pinky) are threat to our young generation and have become a national threat, also damaging the soft image of our beloved country.

In a press release here, Piyass International demanded that a high level inquiry be held against those involved in this drug cartel. He said that police should be investigated in this regard.

Piyass International has played a significant role in supporting underprivileged communities and addressing the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals.

Its core focus areas include Human Rights Advocacy, Drug Free Pakistan.

For many years, Piyass International is working against drugs menace.

In reference to the case highlighted in print and electronic media, the drug peddler ANMOL (PINKY) was arrested and brought to the Honourable Court in an unprofessional manner and 'protocol'. It shows unprofessionalism and Piyass International denounces such actions and malpractices unduly provided to a drug dealer.

Piyass International also appeals that a Judicial Commission or JIT be formed to conduct a transparent inquiry into the matter as people Iike Anmol (Pinky) has become an open challenge.
