Efforts sped up to resolve citizens' problems

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th May, 2026) The district administration South Waziristan Upper has accelerated the implementation of an open-door policy to ensure the prompt resolution of problems facing people of the area.

According to the administration, under this policy, citizens, jirgas, and delegations of local elders are being given direct access to the Deputy Commissioner’s office on a daily basis to present their concerns.

On Monday, several delegations from different areas visited the office to highlight their issues, upon which he issued immediate instructions to the relevant officers for necessary action.

Deputy Commissioner Asmatullah Wazir said that providing timely relief to the people was the administration’s top priority, and any negligence or delay would not be tolerated.

The administration also reaffirmed its commitment to utilizing all available resources to ensure that public grievances are addressed as quickly as possible.
