Eid-ul-Fitr celebrated with religious fervor across Faisalabad

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Mar, 2026) Eid-ul-Fitr was observed across Faisalabad and adjoining areas on Saturday with religious fervor,as thousands of worshippers offered special prayers to mark the end of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak.

Around 1,000 congregations were held under strict administrative arrangements to ensure smooth conduct.

Religious scholars urged followers to uphold values of compassion,generosity and tolerance, and stressed the timely payment of Sadqa-e-Fitr to help underprivileged families celebrate Eid with dignity.

Prayers were offered for the unity and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah, as well as for Pakistan’s peace, stability, and development.

Security and traffic arrangements ensured a peaceful environment, while citizens exchanged greetings and visited relatives with children enjoying “Eidi” and the festive atmosphere.
