Eid-ul-Fitr holidays announced from March 19 to 21 in Punjab

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Mar, 2026) The Government of Punjab has announced that 19th, 20th and 21st March 2026 (Thursday to Saturday) will be observed as public holidays across the province on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

The notification in this regard has been issued by the Punjab government.

It is pertinent to mention that the exact date of Eid ul Fitr will be decided following the central moon committee meeting, which will be held on Thursday evening.
