Eidi, gifts distributed among thalassemia, cancer-affected children in Alipur

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Mar, 2026) A special ceremony was organised to distribute Eid gifts among children suffering from serious diseases such as Thalassemia and Cancer at the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Alipur.

According to hospital sources, the event was arranged for children battling these life-threatening illnesses, where social personality Sheikh Sajid distributed Eidi and gifts among more than one hundred children to share the joy of Eid with them.

The ceremony was attended by Nauman Mahmood Rana, Rana Haroon Rashid, and Jam Ullah Yar Saifi, along with a large number of local citizens.

Assistant Commissioner Nauman Mahmood Rana appreciated the initiative of Sheikh Sajid for spreading happiness among children suffering from serious illnesses by distributing Eidi and gifts and bringing smiles to their faces.

He said that such acts of kindness set a positive example for society and urged other citizens to follow suit by organizing similar events to support and encourage children battling life-threatening diseases.
