Elderly motorcyclist killed in road accident on bypass road

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Feb, 2026) A 63-year-old man lost his life after a tractor-trolley collided with his motorcycle here on bypass road within the jurisdiction of Dera Town Police Station.

According to details, 63-year-old Ghulam Hashim Bhatti, a resident of Korai, was riding his motorcycle from home towards Qureshi Morr when the accident occurred near Ibrahim Diesel Agency.

A tractor-trolley reportedly struck his motorcycle, leaving him critically injured.

Rescue efforts were initiated immediately, and he was being shifted to Mufti Mehmood Hospital for medical treatment. However, he succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.

The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
