LONDON: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-June 15th, 2026) England on Monday suffered another setback in their ongoing Test series against New Zealand after fast bowler Ollie Robinson was ruled out of the second Test due to a knee injury.
The British media reported that the 32-year-old pacer experienced discomfort in his right knee after a training session on Friday. He subsequently underwent a precautionary scan, after which team management decided to withdraw him from the upcoming match as a precaution.
Robinson played a key role in England’s 115-run victory in the first Test at Lord’s, where he claimed seven wickets in the match, including a five-wicket haul in the first innings.

The second Test is scheduled to begin on Wednesday at The Oval.
