Executive Engineer Hala Irrigation Division Hala has announced that due to lack of water in Rohari Main Canal a canal closure programme has been prepared

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Mar, 2026) Executive Engineer Hala Irrigation Division Hala has announced that due to lack of water in Rohari Main Canal a canal closure programme has been prepared.

According to the details, supply of water in, Rohri Main Canal Group One's Nakar District, Jamali Minor, Dhandu Minor, New Shekhani Minor, Lucky Sir Link Channel, Kibrani Minor, DOs RMC 807 to 891 will be halted from till 2nd to 9th April.

Similarly, water supply to Rohri Main Canal Group II Kamblema Minor, Gadali Minor, Komodoro Minor, Suikendradistri, Matiari Minor, Adirulal Minor, Sultanpur Minor, DOZRMC 693 Mine 807 will be closed from March 26 to April 2 and from April 9 to 16, 2026.

The supply will remain closed District, Sirhari Minor, Udayana District, Watercourses of Ali Behar Branch, Kutiri Minor will be closed from March 26 to April 11, 2026, while Hala Irrigation Sub-Division's Terha District System, Fatehpur District, Saidabad District, Watercourses of Hala Branch Dithki and Manai Minor will remain closed from April 3 to 11, 2026.

Water supply will remain closed till April 2 to 9 in Sultanpur District of Tando Adam 1 sub-division, while water supply will remain closed from April 9 to 16 in Jam Branch, Qubo Yagan Minor, Burira Minor, Nandra Minor, Darha Minor, Bobhar Minor, Sonhri Minor, Mauryani Minor, Bahadur Minor from April 9 to 16.

District, Hideki District, Thano Minor, Dasori Minor, Watercourses from April 11 to 19, water supply will be stopped in the water courses of Bumper District RD 0 to Kan 21, water courses of Bumper District RD 21 to N57 from April 11 to 19.

Similarly, Saeed Khan District, Copper Minor, water supply will remain closed from April 11 to 19, while water supply will remain closed in Hosari District from March 26 to April 3, 2026.
