Facilities reviewed in agriculture extension department's model farm center

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Mar, 2026) Additional Assistant Commissioner Tank Malik Sajid Ali paid a visit to the model farm center of the agriculture extension department on Mission Road to take stock services and facilities being provided to farmers.

According to the administration,

during the visit, he reviewed the attendance of the staff on duty and inspected cleanliness arrangements.

He also conducted a thorough assessment of the availability of agricultural inputs, including pesticides, tractors and other farm machinery, sunflower seeds, and fertilizers.

On the occasion, he evaluated the performance of the agriculture extension department and issued directives to the concerned officials to further improve agricultural services and ensure the timely provision of quality facilities to farmers.

He added that the development of the agriculture sector was among the government’s top priorities and that all available resources will be utilized to maximize public facilitation.
