Fazaia Bilquis College launches summer camp to empower women in AI, digital skills

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Jun, 2026) Fazaia Bilquis College of Education for Women has launched its Summer 2026 Short Courses and Workshops programme, offering training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, digital marketing, freelancing, entrepreneurship, Python programming and cyber security to equip women with future-ready skills.

College officials told APP that the month-long Summer Camp will run from July 6 to July 31, 2026, featuring more than 21 short courses and workshops designed to enhance professional competencies and prepare participants for emerging opportunities in the digital economy.

They said the programme combines practical learning with hands-on training in areas including AI for Productivity, Research with AI, AI Creative Design, AI GameVerse Development, Data Analytics, Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing and Freelancing, Python Language, and Cryptography and Network Security.

The officials said the initiative aims to help women explore entrepreneurship, online earning opportunities and career development while strengthening their understanding of modern technological tools and industry trends. Interactive sessions will be conducted by qualified instructors and professionals from relevant fields.

They added that the programme also includes courses in professional communication, creative writing, psychology, health and fitness, and teacher development, reflecting a holistic approach to women’s education and capacity building. Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the courses, while hostel facilities will also be available for female participants.

The Summer Camp will be held at Fazaia Bilquis College of Education for Women, PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi. College students will receive a 50 percent discount on registration fees.
