Five POs arrested by Dolphin squad

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th May, 2026) The Dolphin Squad carried out successful operations against proclaimed offenders (POs), court absconders, and target criminals, arresting five suspects wanted in multiple theft and robbery cases.

The crackdown was launched on the directions of City Police Officer (CPO), Sadiq Ali Dogar, as part of the ongoing campaign against criminal elements and target offenders across the city.

The operation was conducted by In-charge Dolphin Squad Rao Kashif Khurshid along with his team. During snap checking, the Dolphin Squad intercepted and checked suspicious individuals who were later identified as proclaimed offenders, court absconders, and target criminals wanted in various cases.

The suspects had been evading arrest for a long period.

The arrested suspects were handed over to the concerned police stations for further legal proceedings, while investigations are underway.

CPO Sadiq Ali Dogar appreciated the performance of the Dolphin Squad team and directed officers to continue indiscriminate action against target offenders and criminal elements.

He stated that protection of the lives and property of citizens remains the top priority of the police, and all available resources are being utilized to ensure public safety.
