RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2026) Fatima Jinnah Women's University is organizing a webinar on Thursday to discuss the role of media as a pillar of narrative building during Marka-e-Haq, organisers said on Wednesday.

The webinar, titled “Media as a Pillar of Narrative during Marka-e-Haq,” will be held from 1 pm to 4 pm (Asia/Karachi time) under the Department of Communication and Media Studies.

Experts will deliberate on key themes, including narrative building, information warfare and responsible journalism at national and international levels.

Prominent panellists include international media expert Zameer Asadi, Dunya tv Bureau Chief Adil Waraich and communication strategist Aamir Jahangir.

Speakers will highlight how the media plays a critical role in strengthening national narratives, shaping public opinion and countering misinformation.
