A flag hoisting ceremony was held at Deputy Commissioner Office Nawabshah under the auspices of District Administration Shaheed Benazirabad, on the occasion of completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China
NAWABSHAH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st May, 2026) A flag hoisting ceremony was held at Deputy Commissioner Office Nawabshah under the auspices of District Administration Shaheed Benazirabad, on the occasion of completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.
Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Abdul Samad Nizamani, Additional Deputy Commissioner Saddam Hussain Memon, and Mayor Qazi Muhammad Rasheed Bhatti hoisted the national flag in the premises of Deputy Commissioner Office.
On this occasion, a smartly turned-out police contingent presented a salute to national flag. The ceremony was attended by Director Social Welfare Ghulam Muhammad Sahito, Deputy Director Colleges Qamaruddin Keerio, Information Officer Aijaz Ali Teevino, District Manager SIEHS Aqsa Jamali, Rescue Incharge Zeeshan Zardari, government officials, students, representatives of social organizations, and other officers.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Abdul Samad Nizamani said that the friendship between Pakistan and China has grown stronger over time, and relations between the two countries are an excellent example of mutual trust, cooperation, and brotherhood. He said that various projects, including the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), are giving a new dimension to bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the ceremony, national flag was hoisted and prayers were offered for the prosperity, development, and further strengthening of bilateral relations between Pakistan and China. On the other hand, Assistant Commissioners in all four talukas of Shaheed Benazirabad district also organized flag hoisting ceremonies at their respective offices.
