Four held, stolen bikes, cash recovered in crackdown on gangs

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) Police on Tuesday arrested four suspects belonging to two gangs involved in dacoity and motorcycle theft, recovering three stolen motorcycles, Rs. 110,000.0 cash and weapons.

According to a police spokesman, Ratta Amral Police arrested two members of a gang and recovered two stolen motorcycles, Rs.

33,000.0 cash and weapons.

Bani Police also arrested two members of another gang and recovered a stolen motorcycle and Rs. 77,000.0 cash, he said.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Rawal Saad Arshad said that the accused would be challaned in court with solid evidence, adding that those targeting citizens would not escape the law.
