Ganda Singh Border:Glorious victory of the Battle of Marka-e-Haq celebrated

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th May, 2026) A grand ceremony was held at the Ganda Singh Border in Kasur on Monday to mark the completion of one year of the so-called “Battle of Haq” and Operation Bunyan Marsus, drawing large crowds of citizens.

According to details, thousands of people from different walks of life, including students, teachers, lawyers, police personnel, civil servants and ordinary citizens, attended the event in groups.

Participants waved national flags and raised slogans in support of Pakistan and the armed forces.

They expressed pride over what they termed Pakistan’s “victory in the war of truth,” saying the country had gained respect on the global stage.

Speakers and attendees praised the role of the armed forces and their leadership,stating that Pakistan had achieved an important position internationally due to their efforts.

A demonstration was also held at the border,which participants described as morale-boosting, as they cheered Punjab Rangers personnel deployed there.

The event reflected heightened national enthusiasm, with participants terming it a display of unity between the armed forces and the public.
