Gang arrested, weapons recovered

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2026) Mansoorabad police claimed to have arrested a gang by arresting its two

members involved in a series of street crimes and recovered looted cash, mobile phones

and weapons from their possession.

A police spokesman said on Tuesday that a team led by SHO Mansoorabad police station

Sub Inspector Tauqeer Akhtar conducted a raid and arrested ringleader Shan Ali along with

his accomplice Sabir involved in multiple robbery incidents in different localities of Mansoorabad police precinct.

The police recovered a substantial amount of looted cash along with several mobile phones

and weapons from their possession while further investigation was under progress, he added.
