GDA launches comprehensive cleanliness drive as tourist influx surges in Galiyat

GDA has deployed its sanitation staff to carry out daily cleaning operations. Teams are actively engaged in maintaining cleanliness at key locations, including roads, tourist attractions, trekking routes, and the back areas of hotels.

Officials said the initiative is aimed at effectively managing the increased waste generated due to the growing influx of visitors and ensuring a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment for tourists.

Sanitation workers are conducting regular waste collection and ensuring proper disposal, with special focus on high-traffic areas to prevent litter accumulation.
