RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Jun, 2026) The special Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of the GHQ attack case against former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and over 120 accused without any proceedings until June 30.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>According to court proceedings, some nominated accused appeared before the court, while the prosecution team led by Special Prosecutor Zaheer Shah was also present. The court had directed that the former chairman be produced via video link from Adyala Jail.
After marking attendance of the accused present in court, the judge allowed them to leave and adjourned further hearing without proceeding.
The case was registered at RA Bazaar police station and includes former Federal and provincial ministers, lawmakers, party leaders and workers among more than 120 accused.
