All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association confirmed the development , saying that the price of gold reached Rs491, 362 per tola.

The gold prices on Friday registered a notable decline in both domestic and international markets.

The association said the price of 10 grams of gold also fell by Rs6,945, settling at Rs421,263 in the local market.

Meanwhile, in the global market, gold prices declined by $81 per ounce and reached $4,686.
