Gold price increases by Rs15,300 per tola in Pakistan

All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association said that the price of gold per tola increased by Rs15,300, taking it to over Rs494,000 in local market

KARACHI:(UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-April 1st, 2026) The gold prices in Pakistan on Wednesday registered a major surge, reflecting a strong upward trend in both domestic and international markets.

All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association said that the price of gold per tola increased by Rs15,300, taking it to over Rs494,000 in the local market.

Likewise, the rate for 10 grams of gold rose by Rs13,117 to reach Rs423,578.

On the global front, gold prices also moved upward, gaining $153 to stand at $4,713 per ounce, contributing to the sharp increase in local rates.
