Gold prices drop sharply in Pakistan

Gold prices fell by Rs12,489 per tola to Rs455,813, while 10-gram gold dropped to Rs389,772 amid a decline in international market rates.

KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-June-06,2026) Gold prices witnessed a sharp decline across the country on Thursday, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

The per-tola price of gold decreased by Rs12,489, bringing it down to Rs455,813.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs11,240 to Rs389,772.

In the international market, gold also saw a significant drop, declining by $1,248 per ounce to $4,328, which contributed to the downward trend in local bullion rates.
