Govt increases petrol price by Rs6.51, diesel by Rs19.39 per litre

The new prices will be effective from May 1, 2026.

The federal government increased the prices of petrol by Rs6.51 per litre and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs19.39 per litre, according to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division.

A notification by the Petroleum Division said the new petrol price was Rs399.86 and Rs399.58.

The new prices will be effective from May 1, 2026.
