Govt to facilitate IK’s Eid call to sons: Tarar

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Mar, 2026) Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar on Wednesday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan would be facilitated with a phone call to his children on Eid Day, as had been arranged on previous occasions.

Responding to a tweet by Jemima Goldsmith, the Minister stated that Imran Khan’s children were welcome to visit Pakistan on their NICOP cards as Pakistani citizens, for which no visa was required.

He added that during their stay they would be expected to fully comply with the country’s laws.

Earlier, Jemima Goldsmith tweeted that there had been a delay in the processing of visa applications submitted for her sons to travel to Pakistan.
